Well around here things are changing. Just like the seasons change, so life does also. Ever growing. We got some wonderful news this week that we are being blessed with another grandchild. Yahoo!

Ministry is going well, there are enough hungry needy folks out there to keep us all busy for a long long time.

We are thankful for the time to first minister to Jesus.

Well around here things have been hot. Hot as in heat wave. A reminder from the Lord that we should never get too comfortable. Comfort leads to complacent, which then leads to a “I deserve better” attitude. And that soons leads to a “I know more than God” attitude. Then we start telling Him how He should do things. And that surely leads to much hotter temperatures. So we thank Him for uncomfortable weather .

How are things in your neck of the woods? Are you thanking Him?

Well here we are, as the weather heats up so does the schedule. We are approaching a very busy time of year for us. The garden is growing and already producing. The hay is ready for cutting. And the fields of God’s Harvest are ripening. What do you spend more time on, earthly things or Heavenly things? Invest your time wisely in things that will benefit the Kingdom Of God.

Time is short.

Well, springtime is finally here. We have two new litters of kittens in the barn, the trees are blooming e have a colt due any day and a calf in the next couple weeks. Yes new life is abundant everywhere. The Lord gives us seasons on purpose, it is a display of His orderliness and gives a reminder that He, not we are in control. So as we prepare in the natural, He is also calling us to prepare in the Supernatural. When was the last time you did a little spring cleaning in the heart department? Not just for ourself but in your family? As for us I can tell you some things are just not working. Some of us are doing way too much. But more on that later. First let’s talk some spring cleaning…

Well my dear friends, it seems like springtime is standing at the starting gate waiting for it to open. We have so much coming up soon.

June 22 and 23 we will be hosting David Hogan at our small local church The Well.

Then in July Beau Barton will be here.

We are already preparing and if you would like to be part of those preparations please let us know. Our church is not ready for a gathering of that size and we will be in need of a few things. For those of you who don’t know, our small community is mostly known for it’s poverty and drug related crimes. It is a mission field not unlike a third world country. Drugs are peddled openly on the street only blocks from city hall. There are many, many of the inhabitants on gov aid. It is a perfect place for a true revival. Not a two day revival where everyone goes home the same, but a true hearts changed, we don’t even remember who was preaching type of revival. The kind that can happen anytime any place where there are hungry folks. Our church does not financially support this ministry family. This ministry family supports and pays most of the bills for our church. So any and all support is greatly welcomed. Just clearing that up for anyone who thinks we get a salary . We don’t but what we do we do because we love what the Lord has called us to. I so long to see the people of this community be filled with HOPE!
